How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Information: Please have your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return ready when you contact us.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product(s).

  4. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges
