Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition, unless the return is due to a product defect or damage during shipping. For example, opened ink or pretreatment containers may be subject to a restocking fee, as detailed below.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or packing slip, is required for all returns.
Exclusions: This policy only applies to purchases made directly through dtgsolutions.vn. This policy is valid for orders shipped within the United States only.
Restocking Fees
Unopened Products: Unopened products returned in their original packaging will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Opened Products: Opened ink, pretreatment, or cleaning solution containers may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product’s original purchase price. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling returned goods that can no longer be sold as new.
How to Initiate a Return
